    white enamel decoration all over - stripes  , amazing old version pen! very heavy and balanced.
    Condition -
    One major issues.  there is a deep stain from strong material on the clip,
    the size is
    4mm on the cap, near the clip end.
    and some dark rast near the clip connection to the cap.
